The Library Schedule is now online

Dear colleagues,

Anyone who is interested in:

1. Meeting with me to plan a lesson or unit
2. Bringing a class for instruction
3. Using the SmartBoard for a workshop
4. Sending groups of students to do research
5. Using the library for any other purpose

may look at the calendar at the bottom of my blog for a weekly line-up of what has been scheduled and which periods are still available. You may also click on the the calendar link for a different view of the schedule. Please remember that lunch periods are reserved for individual students from each academy to visit the library for check outs or research (with a pass from their teacher) of course.

I hope this online calendar is helpful to you when planning your visits to the library.

Have a great day!

WONDERFUL! I may have to make one of these for my blog too. I wanted to create a conference schedule. Did you do this in google and then link it? Let me know. I also want to reserve some time, maybe 8th period if possible, next week for people putting finishing touches on their books.

Okay - so I already saw your students today, 8th period. Sorry I didn't have the chance to check my e-mail or blog this morning. Anyway - yes, I made it in google, but I actually pasted the html into the blog so that the calendar would show up instead of just a link. It took some doing, but I am sure you can figure it out if I can. If you'd like me to show you how I did it, I'd be more than happy to do so. Thanks for being a tech-savvy and super-with-it colleague and friend. Perhaps the trend will catch on and more people will check the blog in the future.
